These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our manufacturing services, OEM/ODM solutions, and business relationship with Fieasylife Co., Ltd., located in Guangzhou, China.

4. Order Terms & Conditions
4.1 Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities vary by product type and customization level. Standard MOQs will be communicated during quotation process.
4.2 Sampling Process
We provide rapid sampling within 10 business days for custom formulations. Sample costs and shipping fees apply and will be detailed in quotations.
4.3 Production Timeline
Production timelines depend on order complexity and volume. Standard lead times range from 15-45 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Structure
- New customers: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment
- Established customers: Terms negotiable based on credit history
- Sample orders: 100% payment in advance
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and other mutually agreed payment methods for international transactions.

All products are manufactured under strict quality control systems including:

8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are typically FOB Guangzhou port unless otherwise agreed. We assist with:

- Logistics coordination and freight arrangement
- Insurance and cargo protection services
- Delivery tracking and status updates
9. Limitation of Liability
Fieasylife's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Damages exceeding the order value
- Issues arising from improper storage or handling by customer
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution methods.
